The Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Programs and Funding web page can help you to search DCED funding opportunities. Use the "Single Application for Assistance" platform, found on their How to Apply for DCED Funding page, to submit an application for DCED grants, loans, and initiatives.



The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank (PIB) is a PennDOT-operated program that provides low-interest loans to help fund transportation projects within the Commonwealth. The goal of the PIB is to leverage state and federal funds, accelerate priority transportation projects, spur economic development, and assist local governments with their transportation needs.



Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST), and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) have teamed up to offer a special funding program, the PENNVEST Homeowner Septic Program. Assistance is available to eligible homeowners who need to repair o replace their individual on-lot septic system OR connection to a public sewer system.



United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development - Pennsylvania offers many loan and grant programs available to Pennsylvania's rural communities related to economic development, education, energy, housing and utilities including waste and water systems.   



County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) provides a list of all counties in Pennsylvania. Each county offers opportunities for funding to its local residence including Act 13 funding distribution.
