The Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank (PIB)
is a PennDOT-operated program that provides low-interest loans to help fund transportation projects within the Commonwealth. The goal of the PIB is to leverage state and federal funds, accelerate priority transportation projects, spur economic development, and assist local governments with their transportation needs.
Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA)
, the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST), and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) have teamed up to offer a special funding program for assistance available to eligible homeowners who do not have access to a public sewage system and need to repair or replace their individual on-lot septic system.
County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) site provides a list of all counties in Pennsylvania. Each county offers opportunities for funding to its local residence including Act 13 funding distribution.
