Lead Testing in Schools and Child Care Facilities - PENNVEST is requesting proposals to implement voluntary lead testing in drinking water in participating schools and child care facilities. The project incorporates the administration of testing to and from identified, high-risk child care facilities and coordination with PENNVEST and other state agencies, while also adhering to the structure of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act.
Center for Water Quality Excellence - PENNVEST is requesting proposals to develop, implement and operate a One Stop Shop for water quality impact projects. The One Stop Shop will assist farmers, land owners, municipalities, municipal authorities, conservation districts and/or businesses in Lancaster and York Counties to determine the best technical and financial assistance available. It will assist entities to development and implementation sustainable water quality infrastructure projects in order to reduce nitrogen, phosphorus and sediment discharges into the waterways of the Commonwealth.
