Larry Gasparato is the Project Specialist for the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) in the 10 counties Southwestern PA PENNVEST Region II. He is responsible for 750 projects in excess of $1.4 Billion for drinking water, wastewater and storm water in the following Region II counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Somerset, Washington and Westmoreland. He has been with PENNVEST since April 1989. Prior to PENNVEST, Larry served as the Community and Economic Development Director for the City of Jeannette, PA.

Larry is active professionally with the PA Rural Water Association, PA Municipal Authorities Association, PA Utilities Contractors Association, Southwestern PA Interagency Team, the Three Rivers Wet Weather Program, the University of Pittsburgh Regional Water Management Advisory Committee, the National Council of Infrastructure Financing Authorities, and the Penn State Cooperative Extension of Westmoreland County. |
