Annual Financial Statement/Audit Report


Entities borrowing PENNVEST funds with one or more loans must file their annual financial statement/audit report for each year during the life of the loan(s).  Please use the Annual Financial Statement/Audit Report Submission to submit your annual financial statement / audit report to PENNVEST. There will be step-by-step instructions guiding you through the new submittal process.  Please contact Heather Brookmyer at hbrookmyer@pa.gov with any questions.
